Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. KCJJ Fashion Boutique is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

KCJJ Fashion Boutique is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or delayed packages once they have been transferred to the shipping carrier. If you experience an issue with delivery, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Undeliverable or Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to claim the package, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges to have the order reshipped.
