No Refunds

We do not offer refunds for any purchases. Once an order has been placed and processed, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or returned.

We do not accept exchanges for any items. Please review product descriptions, sizing information, and your order details carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Be sure to include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will review each case individually and work to provide an appropriate resolution when applicable.

Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, KCJJ Fashion Boutique is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delivery issues.
